World’s Engineers Summit 2025

The World Engineers Summit (WES) 2025 brought together global engineering leaders, policymakers, and industry experts for a high-impact, multi-day conference in Singapore. 

 

Appointed as the Event Management & Production Partner, Ark Media Productions delivered a fully integrated experience that seamlessly blended creative design, event technology, audio-visual production, and on-ground operations.

 

From the outset, Ark worked closely with the organising committee to translate the summit’s vision into a cohesive event environment. This included event design and visual adaptation, development of animated content, and the deployment of large-format LED walls as dynamic launch and presentation platforms, elevating key moments across plenary sessions and programme segments.

 

Our scope extended across electronic registration and event technology, ensuring smooth delegate flow and real-time coordination, as well as full audio-visual production for the main conference and multiple breakout rooms running concurrently over two days. Ark’s technical team managed complex showflows, speaker transitions, and live content switching to maintain consistency and broadcast-ready standards throughout the summit.

 

In addition, we delivered sponsor booth production and coordination, supporting exhibitors with integrated AV, branding, and technical requirements, alongside comprehensive technical coordination and event day management to ensure flawless execution.

 

To complete the experience, Ark provided professional event coverage, capturing the energy, interactions, and key moments of WES 2025 through photography and video — creating valuable post-event content for communications and legacy storytelling.
